Hello,
for some reason I can't see new records in "installation" view/table in inventory database
but agents report the *log file agter some update / new-isnatllations to teh related beacon server.
Enabling of incoming file replication show that log files are exist.

Hi, is seems that in IIS on App Server under ManageSoftRL in Application Settings something needs to add to import *.log files into inventory database.
I added in "AllowedExtensions" the value "log" !!!

Hello Heiko,
The upload as far as I know is
Flexera agent -> Beacon Server -> Uploading server -> Sql Database (Inventory manager) -> Sql Database (Imported Comptuers) -> Sql Database (ComplianceComputer)
You need to check all this steps to see where the inventory gets rejected.
Also if the devices host name gets changed and the serial number is the same, in Flexera will remain the old names, so please check after serial number to see if the device is in the system.
