FlexNet 8.5 usage don't work use manual mapper

I configured to use manual mapper.


I used the package - "ECM Enterprise Usage"
On the client to apply the settings:

SOFTWARE\ManageSoft Corp\ManageSoft\Usage Agent\CurrentVersion\UseManualMapper\

Example:
Key =Test12345
Application=Test12345
ExecutablePath=C:\test\test[.]exe
Version=1.0
Regex = True
Priority = 1

And so on

All applications in the Add / Remove measured
but
All applications are not measured in Use Manual Mapper
The report usageagent.log
Example:
Session logging: UNKNOWN PRODUCT Session end (Path: C:\test\test12345.exe , product is unknown) Session will not be added to cache.

Hi VSavchenko,

I'm not sure if this is still something that you're struggling with, but if so:

• The SOFTWARE\ManageSoft Corp\ManageSoft\Usage Agent\CurrentVersion\UseManualMapper registry entry should be created as a REG_SZ entry with a value of TRUE
  
• Put the Application, ExecutablePath, Version, Regex and Priority settings under a registry key named (for example) SOFTWARE\ManageSoft Corp\ManageSoft\Usage Agent\CurrentVersion\Manual Mapper\Test12345
