FlexNet 8.5 Windows 2008 R2 IIS 7.5 PUT error 409

I'm testing version 8.5
My environment:
FlexNet Administration Server 8.5 - Windows 2008 R2 (64-bit)
FlexNet DB 8.5 - Windows 2008 R2 + SQL 2008 R2 (all 64-bit)
2 Client installed - Windows 2008 R2 & Windows XP SP3
After restarting the IIS 7.5 runs normally unload inventory, but then an error 409.
How to solve this problem?

This could be due to ASP.net Impersonation issue of IIS7 on Windows 2008.

You need to enable Impersonation on the ManageSoftRL part of IIS and
most people use the same account for impersonation as they do for
scheduled tasks. By this I mean that in your scheduled tasks you will
have some sort of Service or System user configured as the account to
use to execute the task (check the task settings) and it is recommended
that you configure ASP.net to use this same account.
