Need HELP. Please help me with a problem

1. Cannot run with ScheduleType=User under LocalSystem account

Download failure: 404 Network error, is a network error

try to access with internet explorer or other browser that you use the link for your policy “http://kst-srv-flex01/ManageSoftDL/P...vin1165.npl”

if you can access the link then probably you need to run the application with admin rights.
