Custom Reports - removing unwanted fields

I have been wanting to remove fom a Usage Summary Report, the fields: queued, denied, unsupp, % denied.

I dont want to see even the headers on the report.
Also is there a way to remove either by a filter I havent found yet - Max Avail if = 0!

I want to customize the final output even more for an HTML report. Can it be done?

Here is a work around that works for my organization.
I create the report as an HTML, then import data into MS Excel and manipulate the data there. Let me know if you need assistance in import data to excel from FNM.
