Business Import Stuck

Recently I have been seeing business adapter imports get stuck. There has not been any changes that would cause this. We using 2018 R1 on Prem. I dont see anything in the log files that sticks out as to what is causing this issue. Ive attached an example but its happening on any business adapter but doesnt happen everytime.

Have you got this issue resolved? If not, you may want to raise a support case to get assistance in troubleshooting the issue. (It can be a number of things blocking for each other from time to time, but it's always difficult to find the root cause when it cannot be reproduced at will...)
