Add HCL as a publisher and remove IBM from HCL owned products from the Application Recognition Library

When is Flexera planning to add HCL as a publisher and remove IBM from the HCL owned products from the Application Recognition Library? If no changes are planned, why not?

Publisher changes from IBM to HCL Technologies is now complete for relevant product families. Kindly update to latest content library builds. 

ARL build # 2576 onwards and SKU/PURL/Bundles build 472 onwards has the publisher updates. For more details refer IBM to HCL Technologies Product Divestiture
