Flexera SaaS Manager can read in the Adobe or Microsoft Portal the active subscriptions, current entitlements (for Microsoft 365) and online usage (M365 again)... and is integrated to the FNMS backend that will handle the License consumption calculation and optimization calculations. Note that Beacon connectors exist today, but FSM will be the preferred way moving forward for reading any SaaS application information and updating FNMS.
