Some users may experience issues while attempting to access the case portal. The issue seems to be related to information stored in the cache. To resolve the issue, try clearing your browser's cookies and cache. 

For Google Chrome:

  1. Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser window.
  2. Select "More Tools" and then "Clear browsing data."
  3. Select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
  4. Choose a time range and click "Clear data."

For Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Click the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner of the browser window.
  2. Select "Options."
  3. Go to the "Privacy & Security" section.
  4. Scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" section.
  5. Click "Manage Data."
  6. Click "Remove All."
  7. Confirm by clicking "Remove All" again.

For Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser window.
  2. Select "Settings."
  3. Click "Privacy, search, and services."
  4. Scroll down to "Clear browsing data."
  5. Select "Cookies and saved website data" and "Cached data and files."
  6. Click "Clear now."

For Safari:

  1. Go to "Safari" and then "Preferences."
  2. Go to the "Privacy" tab.
  3. Click "Manage Website Data."
  4. Click "Remove All."
  5. Confirm by clicking "Remove Now."
