RightScale Cloud Management is no longer something Flexera offers under this name.  We’ll be happy to discuss your specific needs and how they can be addressed within Flexera One integrated solution.  Flexera Cloud Management and Cloud Optimization capabilities are delivered as a SaaS product, and can not be installed on-premise.
