I would suggest opening a case with Flexera Support. This is either a code defect that needs to go to Engineering for resolution or is an environmental issue. Support should be able to help diagnose which it is and open a ticket with Engineering if necessary. Please be sure to provide them screenshots, logs, and any other data that may help diagnose the cause.
