repackager capturing itself?

I have noticed recently some registry entries and file folders. I.E repackager, ADMINSTUDIO and config.repackager and registry entries under typelib for mediabuild 2 + 4. These are all AS repackager related or? why is my repackager suddenly capturing itself? I have left the computer for an hour then run the repackager and still the same thing. It has only startzed to do this in the last 2 weeks or so.

Hard to tell why. Are you sure that the file system has'nt changed when the repackager. You could reghost the machine before doing any repackaging to ensure file system integrity
