WinInstall support is a new feature that was added in AdminStudio 3.5. Currently we support.

How Do I Convert a WinINSTALL Project into an MSI Package?
To convert a WinINSTALL project into an InstallShield Developer project and Windows Installer package:
1. Launch the Legacy Setup Conversion Wizard.
2. From the Welcome panel, click Next.
3. From the Select Project panel, specify or browse to the name and location of the the WinINSTALL project. This project must be a WinINSTALL exported text file (.txt) from WinINSTALL 7.0 or later. Click Next.
4. From the WinINSTALL Options panel, specify the default values for the WinINSTALL variables @Server and @WinstallDir. Click Next.
5. From the Project Information panel, specify project and product information. Project Name and Product Name are mandatory properties. Click Next to continue.
6. From the Summary Stream panel, specify the Install Location and summary information stream information. Click Next.
7. From the Advanced Options panel, specify additional options for the package. Click Next.
8. Review your settings in the Summary panel. If you are satisfied, click Convert to begin the conversion process.
9. Following conversion, you can review the logged information from the conversion (click View Log), edit the project in Developer (click Edit Project), or close the wizard (click Finish).
