I have been using Installshield Express (Rev 3.0.3) for past few month. Downloaded the evaluation version of 3.53, which I did not like. Uninstalled it and reinstalled my 3.0.3 again. Now when I click on the short cut, it shows the intro page with registration number and an hourglass. After 30 seconds the hour glass changes to the standard mouse icon and nothing happens. I do not get any error message, just the program does not open. The log file has the following:

What is wrong? What should I do?
