Hello,
i wanted to Upgrade my Version of Admin Studio 8.6 + Bronze Maintenance Plan. I went on the Shop page and tried to type in the Plan ID / Order ID, but it allways tells me:
Currently no newer software has been released for the product line covered by your plan or the Subscription ID and Order ID could not be found in our system. Please check the information and try again.
I took the IDs from the Maintenance Plan ID Card. Can someone tell me what should i do or how i can upgrade in another way?
