I have two unrelated .msi packages that I built with the repackager. One I built a long time ago and is already on all of our workstations, the second I just made recently. The problem is that when I install the new package, for some reason it launches a repair of the old package. My first thought was that maybe a missing keyfile triggered the install, and maybe one of the guids in the new package match the old one, but I tried deleting one of the keyfiles on a workstation without the old package and when I launched the application it launched a repair for the correct package. I'm completely stumped on this. Any ideas?
