I have used AdminStudio 5 to edit an MSI file to make it a workstation install. I have added the ALLUSERS=1 property to the Property table.
When I run the MSI on Windows XP Professional, the shortcuts are created in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu, as they should be. But when I run the MSI on Windows XP with Service Pack 2, the shortcuts are not created there, and are not visible through the Start Menu. Instead, they are created in C:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Start Menu. What's going on?
