MSI --> First start of an Application

I've got a problem with my AdminStudio 8.0.
I create a MSI with the Packager and the Tuner. After I finished the MSI, I install in on a client-machine: This Installation works fine... so far.

When I start the installed application the first time, a popup-window appears. This window tells me, that the application is being installed. It displays the following message:
"Please wait while Windows configures "

How can I avoid this popup?
Some ideas?

You cant if a keypath is missing unless you use a non-advertised shortcut, have a look in the event viewer to see whats repairing.
