Error launching evaluation version

Adminstudio 6 Evaluation installed on my development machine,

Running repackager remotely from target machine, works fine, click to launch repackager wizard, and get a message box with the title text in it.

Is this functionality turned off for the evaluation version?

I believe some tools can not be run remotely in the evaluation version (for example QualityMonitor).

Please attempt the following workaround for this issue.
Search for the ISCommonHelper.dll (should be located in \Common)
Create a copy of the file and place it in the Repackager folder.
