Deploy SMS 2003 Admin Console

I am trying to capture the SMS admin tool to an MSI so that I can send it out to remote site admins. The only way I have been able to get it to work is to actually put the SMS CD in the computer and run setup. Has anyone else created a package for the SMS console that can point me in the right direction?

try creating a custom action to call the setup.exe, you can do so with the following silent switch "/script v2admin.ini /NoUserInput /hidden". The v2admin.ini is used to configure the installation

Were using SMS 2003 SP1. On my source bits I have a path to a setup.exe

SMSSETUP\BIN\I386\SETUP.EXE

BTW how many SMS site admins do you have? We have about 10MPs and 200DPs and only a handful of SMS administrators. I'd be worried about giving someone the keys to SMS if they couldn't install their own admin console.
