Error:4308 Controlling virtual machine: VM failed to start up.
Admin Studio 2019 on Windows 2016 Server, evaluation Catalog on 2016 SQL.
vSphere 6.7 environment. VM repack box, Windows 2016 with VMCfg setup installed. Snapshot taken (machine off)
VM will revert to snapshot but wont start. Have tried several versions of VIX.
Confirmed user account has sufficient permissions on vSphere.
Confirmed machine settings guest username and password properties.
Confirmed Virtual machine server username and password.
Currently evaluating Admin Studio 2019 but have full license, performing POC before prod install.
Any assistance appreciated.

Can you please try with an online snapshot(taken when the machine is on)?

Working now!
I attempted that earlier but this time I snapshot the memory and that made the difference.
Appreciate the help.
