Adding a Property to the Property Table

We are trying to create a silent install with an MSI without using an esternal switch. I found threads explaining how to do this by modifying properties- see below:

just add LIMITUI to the Property table with value 1.

But we can't find an option to add a property to the property table in Direct Editor.
