AS6 sp1 - Partytime or dud?

Happy Monday everyone...

I have loaded sp1 on a test device (W2K sp4), and have noticed a few kinks... Editor seems to hang at random, but it did enable me to create an install for DirectX9c using the object wizard which was a good thing.

BUT... What does everyone else think? We haven't rolled out MSI 3 yet so there is no absolute need to go, but wanted to see how others were doing with it. I just got done teaching AS6 to my 60 packagers, and am wondering if I should go forward with sp1 or shall I wait until 6.5 is released?

Any feedback would be great... Thanks in advance.

Are you referring to Value Pack 1?
Yes, sorry... Still waking up.
Whew, thought I missed a download announcement!

If your on maintenance I'd certainly switch over to it.
a couple of post-VP hotfixes

HOTFIX: Building in Repackager Leads to Unknown Error
http://support.installshield.com/kb/view.asp?articleid=Q111248
Building an .inc file that contains certain shortcut entries can lead to an error during the build. A message indicating "An unknown error occurred" is present in the build log, after shortcut information is displayed, and an .msi file will not be created.

HOTFIX: Professional/Enterprise Edition Features Are Not Available in Repackager When Run Remotely
http://support.installshield.com/kb/view.asp?articleid=Q111232
After installing AdminStudio using a Professional/Enterprise site license, the serial number on that machine allows the Repackager wizard (isrepackager.exe) to work correctly with all of the Professional/Enterprise features. However, the site license needs to be available on the remote machine for the Professional/Enterprise features to e available.
Don't forget the Editor 10.5 hotfix that also applies to AS VP1 ... Fixes for SQL Changes error and .NET Dependency scanner.
linky linky?
Searchy searchy?

ROFLMAO

I'll post an edit when I find one of the numerous threads.

Edit:

Just go to support and do a search for Hotfix and IS 10.5. You'll see AdminStudio is often listed as effected also.
BTW you'd think the Update Manager that gets installed with AS would inform us of these hotfixes instead of just offering E-Learning Classes but ohwell...
