I don't know how particular your OS has to be, but if you right-click on your prerequisite and choose "edit". In Conditions Tab, you can click ADD and one of the options is checking for a certain OS (the last radio button).

I have IS12 and you can make your own setup prerequisite (or a redistributable..) by going to Tools, then Edit Prerequisite. OR you can right click on a similar prerequisite and choose "Edit prerequisite" and just Save As and make your changes. Good ...
