Hey thanks,..I will put that down this Friday,. I have been at a trade show the last couple of days...the program requires a reboot at the end of the install.. Sorry if I was unclear.Remedy is an unforgiving, demanding, drama queen-ish little program...

Using the snapshot method does not seem to produce an MSI that forces the reboot at the end of the install :confused:

If the msi cannot run without going through the setup.exe, then is this not a Script MSI and should be handled accordingly?Use the packager. :confused:
