@mrathinam Both physical and RDP user can share the same license is what happens.The scenario you describe is what I would like to happen, but it is not what happens.

For any future readers (i.e. me) you can set the environment variable from an elevated prompt withsetx -m _JAVA_OPTIONS "-Dlax.debug.all=true -Dlax.debug.level=4"
