I believe this is a limitation of the evaluation version, it will only produce setup.exe.I'm sure someone else will correect me if i'm wrong.

Thanks for the pointers and links, most useful and thats done the trick  All I need now is a progress bar that indicates something whilst installing the .exe's especially with the time it takes to install the .Net 
