Suggest an improvement

Submit a request for new functionality or enhancement to an existing feature that would make the product behave more efficiently or extend its capability.

For Example:

  • I would like to see products differently.

  • I would like to see the product do something new.

  • I have an idea for how the product could be improved.

Open a support case

Create a new support case to get help with a problem you may be experiencing. This if the product behaves in a way in contravention to the documentation or displays an error visibly or in any log files or debug.

For Example:

  • I cannot get the product to work the way i want.

  • I donot understand something about the product.

  • I believe I have discovered a problem with the product.

No "Return" link for "InstallShield 2018 Standalone Build License"

Hi Team, Currently using Installshiedl 2018. I'd like to return one InstallShield 2018 Standalone Build Licenses because the build server is used any more. But I cannot find the Return link in the license center. How can I return these licenses so that I can regenerate licenses for new build servers?     Please help as our release getting impacted because of this. Thanks Beethika ... View more

Hi, Currently in my organization we are using Installshield 2018 , with 1 premier license (for dev purpose) and 5 (max amount) standalone license (node-blocked license) for build purpose. We are scaling our build environment for which we need more standalone licenses only. Is there an option to purchase only standalone licenses? If yes please provide the cost estimate also. Thanks ...
