How to install a driver

I'll need to install a (Modem) driver for the COM1 port. I'm using Basic MSI project.In the help, I find DIFxDriverPackageInstall, but it is for InstallScript projects only.So how to install a driver in Basic MSI or InstallScript MSI project? Thanks.
