I was hoping the answer was to use an MSP or MSM (not completely understanding what they were) but I know now it obviously isn't they way to go.I think I'll just redeploy the app. It's quite small anyways so it won't cause too much disruption.

Sorry I didn't come back and respond to the thread...I've solved my problem by using the MSI Wrapper that MS has created (but won't support however).Thanks for your help
