did u try to use a different icon for this?somehow, the path of the icon in previous project is changed , but the path value in the project might be still old value.
if you have issues with uninstall at this case, you can use vbscript custom function, use conditions-the script only called during uninstallation time.
you can add custom action using VBScript to delete files.first, check whether the files are there, if existing, delete them.make sure where u need use this function.
