Did u install iis complete?, cause i had the same problem and after reinstalling IIS completely and then reinstalling AS6 complete the problem with the empty page was gone.Did u restart the system, it helped with my system.
Seems i you're log file is empty (or is when i look at it).You're problem sounds like the apllication you packaged wasn't completly installed. Maybe it needs a reboot or something.But it's just a wild guess
