Missing files in Installshield 2022

I am upgrading to Installshield 2022.  The prerequisites is missing "c:\program files (x86)\Installshield\2022\SetupPrerequisites\VC 2017 Redist\vc_redist.64.exe" I installed all the extra installers with 2022  - InstallShieldPrereqs.exe.. etc.
