File InstallShield.log created without parameter /debuglog

I have 2 basic MSI setups (with setup.exe) built with InstallShield 2016.On some Win10 systems starting setup.exe without parameters creates a logfile "InstallShield.log" in the same directory as setup.exe.On other Win10 systems no logfile is created...
