File InstallShield.log created without parameter /debuglog
I have 2 basic MSI setups (with setup.exe) built with InstallShield 2016.
On some Win10 systems starting setup.exe without parameters creates a logfile "InstallShield.log" in the same directory as setup.exe.
On other Win10 systems no logfile is created even writing permissions to the setup folder exist.
What is the difference? I thought this logfile "InstallShield.log" is only created when the parameter /debuglog is specified. Are there any other option to create this logfile?
