I want the radio buttons "I accept" and "I do not accept" to by grayed out until they scroll to the bottom of the license agreement and when they do, they two button will become active...ETA: I went to "Agree" and then selected "Conditions"...I set ...

I have a basic MSI project... It creates 3 files, the setup.exe, the cab and the MSI file... Setup.exe gets executed...I want to launch dotnet that is on the same CD... So I created a custom action...Setup in attachment 1.bmp...So the installation...
