Hi, I am trying to use the automated converter, and its going pretty well, but the shortcuts which is created with the automated generated MSI is missing the icons. Its possible to create a new shortcut whitin the ISM file and compile a new msi files. This workes perfect, but i am expecting the automation proces to take care of it. - Jørn

Hi, We want to distribute applications directly from our Application Catalog to SCCM 2012 server. When im performaing that, i want to add security scope for the application automatically. Does anybody know how to make that happen. 🙂 Regards Jørn

This worked for me... try changing your data format temporarily to US date, mm/dd/yy. on your local maschine from where your are performing the import. Regards. Jørn Laursen

Hi, Ok the scenario is: I am creating a package on a Windows 7 32 bit, and compiling it with Installshield 2013 I am trying to install this packages on a machine with Windows Installer 3.0, and im getting a error. Here is my problem. I hope this makes sence, 🙂 Regards Jørn

Hi everybody We just installed InstallShield 2013. Now we noticed that the MSI files we are installing requires Windows Installer 4.5. We found out because one of our customers still runs Windows XP. Is there a way of getting around that problem? We can’t just tell our customer to install Windows Installer service 4.5. Regard and thanks, Jørn Laursen.
