We are facing technical challenges with the automation system which processes unmatched data that customers sent to our FTP server for gap-fill. The consequence is that we are dealing with a large backlog which we need to pick up manually until the issue is fixed. 


Customers can expect delays in the gap-fill process. This will impact Data Platform as well as Flexera One IT Visibility customers. 

When it started 

The issue started on Tuesday, May 30th, 2023 


This issue has been resolved. The original issue was resolved on the 14th of June, but we kept it under observation to make sure the system is stable.
