Highlights
Due to Oracle Reverification 2019, which we passed in early August 2019, relevant changes have been made to the Oracle-related parts of the product.
The second major change improves global database write performance. For this, the import was parallelized and the write latencies were reduced by the introduction of table partitioning. As a further result, the imports for systems, VMware data, and databases as well as the license usage comparison were divided into separate steps.
The third major enhancement is the extension of the Spider interface with many additional details and decision details on the following areas:
- Transfer license usage from one cluster node to all others
- Transfer license usage from PRIMARY databases to standby instances
- Oracle Hard Partitioning decisions
For a complete reference of the changes and bug fixes, please read the ChangeLog document.
