Cause
This is most likely because the Login context is wrong
Resolution
Check that the Login context is the NETBIOS name of your domain
SYSTEM > Active Directory > YourLoginContext > Login Context
You can find the NETBIOS name for your domain in the Active Directory Users and Computers console (MMC) under the domain properties:
