Discussion
According to Autodesk, begining with version 2010, the OS is not relevant in matter of licenses, therefore ther are versions until 2009 within the product AutoCAD LT (Device, DE, Win) and from 2010 within product AutoCAD LT (Device, DE). Unfortunatelly we got this information after we already released the version 2013 within AutoCAD LT (Device, DE, Win), we did the corrections on our side, but we have no automatism to do it on clientside (at least not yet, but it should come soon). This is why you are seing the version 2013 within the "wrong" product.
In the other side, based on special partner contracts, all versions are available within AutoCAD LT (Device).
Most of the Autodesk products are managed by the same behaviour.
