Did you mean:

Total Commander (concurrent) --> should be: Total Commander (named user)

Hello,

The Total Commander can only be found in the concurrent licensing in the product catalog. But that is not correct, because the Total Commander does not exist in this form, that must be named user licenses.

Best Regards,

André

Hi André,
license metric used in our catalogs are correct. Please reefer to https://www.ghisler.com/efaqorder.htm for more information.

Hello Dardan,

thank you very much for your answer. Ok, I'll check it. I thought it was named user, in this case, I'm wrong.

You can close this issue. Have a nice day!

Hello Dardan,
I have a question regarding to this.
When I used TCMD (concurrent) it showed up no incompliance, even when there is no license. How can I estimate the risk?
Thank you
Vlad

Hi Vlad,

What is the Dashboard displaying? (non-compliant?) or no Installation at all?

Kind regards,

James Ellis

Hi James,
it is displaying Installations: xxxx
Calculated license requirement: 0
But the chart in compliance is grey.

Hi Vlad,

It sounds to me like a bug or at least some kind of problem. Could you please open a case with some screenshots of the Result (showing the classification) and the Compliance Dashboard for Total Commander.

Kind regards,

James Ellis
