system center 2012 plugin

I can open System Center console, Flexera Software, I can log into patches and vendor Patch Module. i can also create packages but my colleagues fail to get into Flexera Software from the console. We have uninstalled and reinstalled but my colleague gets the following 

I click on Flexera software and get the below error: Error: a problem occurred while running the Flexera corporate system center 2012 plugin

I have seen this before on due to trusted sites not being added on a user basis. 

Can you please review and follow the below article:

Let us know if once adding these url's the issue is then resolved for these other users.
