Sites is missing from Results menu
Introduction:
The Sites option is missing from Results menu.
Solution:
With the Root Admin, check that you do not have the Active Directory setting “Enable Active Directory integration ” enabled in the first instance. This will disable the “Sites” view altogether from the menu.
If this option is set, it is by design to remove the Sites from the menu.
Should you find that the option is not set and you are logged on with the Root Admin, please proceed to open a Support Case.
