Title:
Emails with attached PDF Reports - File too large / message file too big
Introduction:
Your scheduled email reports are no longer being received. The reports have been checked and are being processed from the Web UI.
Within the logs, you find the following errors:
warning: uid=###: File too large
fatal: csi7(###): message file too big
Solution:
If you experience the above error message. This is a result of the message with the attachments exceeding the 10mb limit. The SVM server is unable to complete the process.
The 10mb limit is hard coded.
To bypass this, you can split the reports into two. 1. All Hosts and 2. All Products.
