The article will help customers to understand the process of SVM EOL product status.
The SVM doesn't offer a service for specifically identifying EOL products. We mark products as EOL if an Advisory from a vendor states that they are, or if we come across from vendor for any EOL notifications which might be associated with any recent product vulnerability etc. If a customer came across with any product which is not showing as EOL in SVM but the vendor is stating this product as an EOL, then the customer has to create a ticket and report this to Flexera SVM support. The product will further be processed for EOL.
