If there is no date available in Flexera One, the product lifecycle date field in ServiceNow will get auto-populated with a value of 1900 if it’s a GA date or something that is in the past, otherwise it will populate the date field with a value of 2999. This is to ensure a record is created in ServiceNow as the date field is required for the purpose of showing the exception information and proving that its not just a “miss”.
