registry keys not removed after uninstall of patched product

Hello

We released our product a while back and now are working on a patch to fix some bugs. I am creating a patch using quick patch to update a bunch of the dlls. All dlls were originally set to self register in the initial installer. The patch updates the files as it should. However, when we uninstall the product, some of the registry keys/values are not getting removed. If we uninstall the unpatched product, all keys/values are getting removed as expected. the patch is not adding / removing keys.

Any ideas why that may be happening.
