Error executong SQL script on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard x64 Edition

Hi!
I have got an error executing sql script:
Error 27506.Error executong SQL script
Create_Database.sql. Line 59.
CREATE DATABASE failed. Some file name listed could
not be created. Check related errors. (1802)

Create database script is attached.

Environments:
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard x64 Edition SP2
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition (64-bit)

Please, help!
