The maximum number of returns is reached
I am needing to reinstall the installshield because the previous server broke.
When I intend to perform offline activation I get an error.
"The maximum number of returns is reached"
How can I solve this problem?

Hi @pablodz,
You have to contact Flexera support to reactivate Installshield in your new machine, this process requires to release your license from your old machine and then reactivate in your new machine.
